openssh-selinux 8.5p1-1 update #86

Openssh version update. The Arch official PKGBUILD seems to have wrong GPG key in. I submitted a bug report upstream about it: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/69896

This commit has the right key.

It looks like the packager has not uploaded the new key to public keyservers yet, as the build fails when searching for the key that is in the upstream PKGBUILD.
