How can be used with mapsforge files?

Have a look in the OSMBonusPackDemo source code, in MapActivity, 
setMapsForgeTileProvider method. 

Note that the map component in the layout must be 
"org.osmdroid.bonuspack.mapsforge.GenericMapView"
You can have a look at the main.xml layout.
