fix: Archway module endpoints not showing up in swagger

• Implement custom serving of swagger file as the sdk one only shows sdk msgs
• Checking in the swagger.min.json file
• Fixing the swagger form proto generation script to be compatible with sdk47 changes
• Adding swagger customization script which adds additional info to the swagger file
