Manual deploy to stable repository #6

As long as automated testing is not implemented, there should be a way to manually test the resulting packages and just click a button to deploy them to the stable repository.

This would involve pushing the packages to a testing repository by default, and use this repository to test (e. g. inside a vm) After the packages have been tested, a archzfs admin would start a push packages builder, which copies all testing packages (archzfs-testing) to the stable repository (archzfs)
