Unable to login or register through linked-in #41

Scenario:

click on linked-in icon

Results: "Authentication failed! LinkedIn returned an invalid Token." Error is displayed

Notice: In the developer linked in area: https://www.linkedin.com/developers/ A popup is saying "Version 1.0 of our API is no longer supported" and all developers need to use version 2.0 of our APIs"

According to https://github.com/hybridauth/hybridauth/pull/1049, there is a fix for hybridauth v2.13
