Enable EN Ask on ENgage #65

Access:

  1. New link on Menu
  2. New Link on Interface in the lower right corner (replacing Profile)
  3. From the Home Page New Heading section titled EN Ask between Meeting Agenda and Suggested Innovation Spotlights a. Display the title of the latest blog post

Read/Reply Post

  1. Screen with Most Recent EN Ask posts displayed first a. On ENsight, we have sticky posts that always appear at the top. Does this make sense in ENgage? b. Include Member Photo, Name, Post Title, Short Description, Post Date. (Do we update that date when a post is replied to?)
  2. Click through to view Post a. View original post b. View any replies
  3. Reply to Post
  4. Delete Reply to Post
  5. Subscribe to Post

Add Post

  1. Click Add Post Button on EN Ask Screen.
  2. Add subject, message and attachment (can we do attachments?)
  3. Click Submit

Edit Your Own Post

  1. Open Post
  2. Click Edit Post
  3. Make Edits
  4. Click Submit

(On ENsight, a member can edit someone else’s comments to their post. Is that OK?)

  1. Hard returns do not show (unless a member uses the WYSIWYG Editor or puts in code) The regular Ask interface doesn't put in hard returns that the app can read. The regular EN ASK does not require members to use the WYSIWYG editor to show returns
  2. Links work but they are not underlined. There is no way to find them in the text without them being underlined or in a different color.
  3. Numbered lists and bullets also do not display correctly EN Ask on ENsight
