ok, so there's a few things going on here
Network email function - 2hrs
CSV upload: 2hrs - caveat: the structure of the csv and what info it's passing would need to be pre-defined. I don't know offhand what an EN_Contact_Number__c is, looks like something from salesforce and I don't know that it's something we import.
Filters: 2hrs
Ari asked if the tool can pull anyone with an EN Contact number (even if they don't have an ENsight account) and send them an email.
If they don't have an account then they're not in a network. I feel like this description suddenly got conflated in scope? If you want a universal tool that should be separate from networks...
Before anything is done on this ticket, give me an update on our hours. I may have to disappoint Ari again.
"The Tag Update Email function is so popular that NS have tried to use it for Mass Mailings to Network Members. Ari has also found this to be a possibly useful options. We want to scope out the cost co create a new option on each Network Admin page that allows us to send emails out to the network. It would have the same layout with a few additions:
CSV Upload/Browse Button that allows Ari to upload a CSV with whatever identifier we have in ENsight for the account. We think it is EN Contact Number [EN_Contact_Number__c] or Contact ID that appears in the URL
We would like it to be able to select for Active members and All member (past members included)
CC the Assistant
