Why does one have to 'Deploy' the tests after enabling them?

It's a budget related problem, since Epitest is free, and relies on a third party object storage, it could be a financial burden to deploy them too often. A manual deploy allow us to stay in the free tier of our provider.

Do you have a better solution? Considering the fact that deploying on each enable/disable would be expensive, and that deploying tests is not an instant operation.
