page fixes #25

page needs a lot of work to be usable:

[x] page q keybind does not function
[x] page space keybind to pagedown
[x] page cursor starts in middle of page instead of top
[x] page-develop crashes consistently and is non-functional
[x] coc.nvim loads as part of page, restrict plugins list
[x] page lets you modify the buffer kinda? then asks to confirm quit...
[x] tasks doesn't use $PAGER

mostly good enough for now, though I'd consider reimplementing it in the future
