When menu is open, clicking outside the menu should close it. #1

Currently, the only way to close the menu after it's been opened is to click the menu icon at the top right. Clicking anywhere outside the menu area should also close it.

Fixed. Clicking anywhere outside the menu should now close it.

Had to disable this fix on Firefox because it was causing more problems than it solved.
