On Firefox clicking outside the menu doesn't close it. #16

On both Firefox and BB (which uses Firefox) the click-anywhere-to-close menu implementation is not supported. This is due to the FF treats DOM events.

Several failed attempts at fixing this. It will have to stay in place until the next phase. The workaround for users is to click the menu icon.
