Gender Select animation choppy when selecting "Women" #3

When selecting "Women" from the gender menu the slider animation is noticeably choppy especially as compared to selecting "Men"

This is more pronounced on older Android devices.

Fixed in test-6. No longer able to reproduce. May have been fixed as a side-effect of another fix.
