Text "{{appTitle}}" momentarily flashes in tab label on startup #4

When navigating to the mobile website via a traditional desktop browser, the HTML title which appears in the tab, momentarily displays the text "{{appTitle}}".

Fixed. Hard-coded app title. It is unlikely to change dynamically.
