Feat req: Add ability for full width vertical menu to show when hovering over collapsed state

What problem does this feature solve?

This feature would allow the full menu (and not just the bare bones cascading menu items) to appear when the user hovers over the collapsed state of the menu. https://arco.design/vue/en-US/component/menu#collapse-control

👀 Look at the behavior of this vertical menu on the Cloudflare dashboard as an example.
