replace with new code from updated blog post #21

It looks like there's been an update that further simplifies this code (Blog post released on March 14, 2017): https://blogs.esri.com/esri/arcgis/2017/03/14/updating-your-hosted-feature-services-with-arcgis-pro-and-the-arcgis-api-for-python/

Is the code in that blog article preferred now over the code in this repo? Seems like this repo's code is the old code.

The linked code is stated to require ArcGIS Pro. The code in this repo seems to operate with older/different ESRI software versions, which is important.

@MatthewLueders is correct, the blog post is specific to using ArcGIS Pro and the Python API. The two pieces of code (this github repro) and the blog aren't interchangeable without doing some extra work.

I could push that newer code into here....but I'll have to make it very clear when and how you choose what code to work with.
