Compatibility with the official Splunk extension (id 'splunk' for the language was overridden by the other extension)

@Jalkar Since this is technically the splunk language called "SPL", could we ID it with that? Does that have any collisions in VS Code?

Might be related to Issue 2 on the linter... Maybe by switching language ID and then changing ID of DocumentSelector, these will both be fixed...

I have looked and i can see that the extension for cursova actually uses the SPL prefix. Going to merge this.
