Language in menus in cascadeur has completely changed do random strings of letters

Every time i load up cascadeur. Even if uninstalling and re installing the language has changed and i cannot get it back into standard english
- OS: Windows 10
- Blender version: 3.6
- Cascadeur version 23.2.1
