We do provide a list of best practices for mentoring in section 3.3.2 but this could be improved by clearly stating briefly why it is done and how it is done.
Proposed action:
Update all Key Actions in section 3 to add: what is this thing, why it is important, and an overview of how it is to be done (leading into the specific best practice already listed)
Clarify that we are talking about technical mentorship and that any "expert" may mentor any other less experienced member of staff (regardless of seniority)
