Growls block buttons #328

There's no perfectly safe place to put the Growls (they regularly block me on my host OS) but we can do better than we've got it, lower-right for most preflight steps etc + growls there always interfere.

this is a relatively small css change, correct? bump them to the left a bit to unblock the leaflet zoom button
