Support musl #9

As a person who works in Docker a lot (Alpine), it would be great to be able to install Bonnie in musl-based environments without having to compile from source! This could be done with a simple extra GitHub Actions hob beyond the existing matrix build, and then if a shell script could be created to automatically install Bonnie (I'm thinking a git.io link), that'd be fantastic.

Okay, this is done in 0.1.3 (nothing in the CHANGELOG because only CI changes). The link shortening will come if requested beyond this.
