[Feature Request]: Chaz is Everywhere #2

Chaz only in Matrix right now.

Make Chaz Everywhere.

Chaz Existing integrations in a wide range of things are just bad and inconsistent. It may be worthwhile to add in better and supported integrations. For example, there's no reason that the CLI and Bot interfaces need to differ very much at all. And Thunderbird extensions that do LLM interfaces are...pretty incomplete, not updated, and simple to clone.

"Thunderchaz", a thunderbird plugin, actually works fine already and improves on the existing extensions to allow the use of arbitrary OpenAI compatible backends. I haven't checked it in anywhere, partially because I'm not sure if I should just check it in here or a separate repo.
