[Feature Request] Chaz Assist #4

Add a mode to act as an assistant. The idea would be that you run "!chaz assist" and Chaz acts as your assistant in that room.

A few things we could implement that would make sense

  1. Login to your account. Can be done by interaction. Would only need to enter password in once.
  2. "Help me write a response in X Room"
  3. Send a message here if ???. a. AI powered priority notifications. b. Can be pinged with "hey, you should look at X chat"

Obviously not entirely fleshed out here.
