Extracted the Azure EventGrid subscription validation to a seperate .Core project and created a dedicated .AzureFunctions project where we provide an extension on the IFunctionsHostBuilder so the Azure EventGrid subscription validation and CloudEvents handshake can be used in an Azure Functions context.
