Remove the `EventGridParser` in favor of `EventParser` #211

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When redesigning the Azure Event Grid event parsing in combination with CloudEvents, we decided to use a separate non-specific class called EventParser instead of EventGridParser, which made this last one obsolete.

Describe the solution you'd like Remove the EventGridParser from the Arcus.EventGrid project.

Parsing is removed completely from the library.
