`Arcus.EventGrid.All` project doesn't include 'all' projects #222

Describe the bug Currently, we have a project called Arcus.EventGrid.All which has not all the projects.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Install the package, see that not all EventGrid packages are there.

Expected behavior

[ ] All packages should be there.
[ ] Remove the deprecated Arcus.EventGrid.Security project and replace it by Arcus.EventGrid.Security.WebApi

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here.
