feat: add eventgrid to dependency injection w http client support #236

Adding extensions to add an IEventGridPublisher implementation to the dependency injection system of the application. This support makes sure that we can use the registered HttpClients in the application, and possible in the future have built-in support when additional HTTP message handlers are added that add correlation headers.
