Use new Arcus logo in project templates `/.template.config/icon.jpg` folder #807

Describe the bug We currently do not use yet the new Arcus logo as icon for the project templates. These icons are used when browsing for project templates.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Navigate towards the /.template.config/icon.png and see that the project templates are still using the older logo.

Expected behavior These icons should be replaced by the /docs/static/img/icon.png icon.

Make sure to also update the ide.host.json file in the /.template.config folder as it points to this icon file.
