Provide security policy in our repos that guide people on how to report security vulnerabilities.

This should also be added to the contribution guide so that they read our security policy before opening issues/discussions.

Yeah, suggested that too to have one, but maybe we should first wait on @Dirk-Luyckx and the future of Arcus how to set this up.
