Add a prototype driver for the Aeotect MultiSensor 6.

Working:

Motion detection (with 4 minute delay)
Vibration (reported as tamper)
Light (reported in lux, not visible in UI?)

Not working:

Changing PIR reporting time down to values less than 4 minutes - the zwave configuration command does not succeed for an unknown reason
uv reporting - not supported by Arcus yet.

Landing as-is, will follow up with UV support and PIR time reduction - important to get this in the recognized devices list to allow further iteration.
