pathway in Pipeline is stored with raw values as numbers and then text labels (e.g. "1, red") but in NALMS the raw values and labels are both text ("red, red"). We need to export Pipeline data with raw values in order to correctly upload it, but we need the text labels in order to create the correct field names for the forms, etc.
