Coding Challenge too difficult for novice #650

Description of issue: The third coding challenge in this module was too difficult. The first two were an appropriate level of difficulty.

It's designed to be scalable to different levels of expertise and interest (instructions are to do as much as you like of this large complex task, if you get stuck on part just move on to something else), but I sort of like having it as part of this module (rather than as a separate practice module) because it follows so directly on the example worked through in the first two coding challenges. It might make sense to break off coding challenge three as a separate practice module specific to this topic. I think we should wait and get a little more feedback on this module first, though, to gauge the relative value of leaving it in vs taking it out.
