I want to push back a little on the headset requirement, I think --- many computers have good enough mics that a headset might not be necessary in a quiet room, and they're expensive. I would hate for someone to think they need to buy one to present.
Perhaps a more general way of stating the requirement? Something like "We need to be able to hear you clearly while you present -- that means you need a quiet environment and a device with a good microphone. If you're not sure if your setup will work, reach out and we can do a test call to check!"
