Kirikiri add language option #105

What changed:

New optional argument for Kirikiri Scn Script --language=0...N

UPD: There is problem when working with only one scn file, but when more then one there is allright in json, so i revert my json fix.

Thank you for your contribution. However, personally I'd design this feature differently (pass a language index through the program rather than an object array you don't know the meaning of), and either way, I don't think translation extraction should be exposed in the first place. The "VNTranslationTools" repository is meant for creating new translations, which really should start from the original language.
