Please ask the channel owner to make absolutely sure not to touch anything in YouTube's subtitle editor after uploading the file. Even just removing a space will destroy all styling.
If they upload the file and then click on "Publish" without clicking anything else, the subtitles should show up correctly. You can try it out on your own channel if you like.

The subtitle style is missing and looks double, when I contacted the owner of the video he said that he had tried to re-upload it many times and nothing changed. Maybe what caused the problem? thank you.
