ZIP Download and Responsive Template. #500

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Tryng ZIP download.
2.Tryng use responsive template on Smartphone S4mini and S3
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
EXPECTED:
1. Zip download starts.
2. I expect Responsive template works on smartphone. The layout responsive 
works in desktop browser but not in smartphone.
INSTEAD: 
1. Zip open a popup loading but not resolve nothing. No download.
2. On smartphone S4mini and S3 the responsive template not working, i can see 
the desktop template only.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Projectsend r561. Tested on Desktop Chrome, Windows 7 64bit.
Tested on Smartphone S4mini and S3 on Chrome Android.

Please provide any additional information below.
I repeat that on Chrome Desktop, if i resize the browser the responsive layout 
start working perfectly. But no on smartphone S4mini and S3.
