Can you indicate clearly the inactivity of the project either by archiving it, stating so in the beginning of the readme, or any other easily noticeable indicator on the front page of the project that would indicate to people passing by that the runtimes are old and untested for a long time, and ensure people won't be running the program and potentially falling into unexpected issues without having had that knowledge beforehand.
