Bump json5, @ngtools/webpack, html-webpack-plugin, ts-loader and webpack in /examples/angular #128

Removes json5. It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies json5, @ngtools/webpack, html-webpack-plugin, ts-loader and webpack. These dependencies need to be updated together.
