Script Works for Halo Master Chief Collection #16

Hello, I just tested the script and it works for the MCC. The only change I made was to put "Halo: The Master Chief Collection" for fetching the app id.

Maybe we should rename the repo to ucrtbase fix or something and/or add some readme description for Master Chief too ?
