serve local Opinion PDFs? #44

Shoudl the app serve up the local copies of the Opinion PDFs instead of pointing to the SCOTUS website? I think pointing to SCOTUS is better, in that it gives them traffic and exposes their resources. If they remove/rename a PDF/url though, we'd be linking to 404s...
