Update url path in discovery #52

change format, example: BEFORE: https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/relatingtoorders.aspx AFTER: https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/relatingtoorders/16

I believe it should be working now due to redirects, but we should change it anyways.

on second looks, it appears that it results in fof using current pattern for slip
