detect and translate problem when i run run.py #83

i run the run.py and go into the mode 1,i can saying and the programme could konw what i'm saying. but the problem happend

it can create input.wav and output.wav ,but can't create chat.txt and output.txt

maybe it can create input.wav but can't create output.wav, i can't make sure now

Install the right version of google trans, see on requirements.txt
