What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reorganize games in alphabetical order manually in diconfig.bin in notepad
2. Connect to the Wii and start up
3. Games list is reproduced in the identical scattered way

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The games should show in alphabetical order after manually editing the 
diconfig.bin but the games end up showing in the list in the identical 
scattered way

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?
UNEEK+DI

Please provide any additional information below.
Is it possible to create a tool to help reorganize (in alphabetical order) the 
games listed in the diconfig.bin?
