Firefox 61b1: tabwheelscroll not working with multiple windows on startup #12

When restarting firefox with more than one window open (i.e. it starts with multiple windows as well), the script to scroll on the tab bar to change tabs is only active in one of the windows. For newly created windows it works fine, and when I run the script manually in a browser console opened from the affected window it works fine as well.

It would be nice if this could be fixed since having to do this manually after restarting Firefox is kind of annoying.

still happening in 61b10, closing and reopening the affected window also works btw, but a fix would be highly appreciated!

Apparently it's working again in the latest firefox 61 beta
