Resources Plus doesn't account for NPC or Vehicle sheets #12

When editing/opening/etc-ing the 5e Vehicle and 5e NPC Sheets, Resources Plus complains about uninitialised sheets. As neither vehicles nor npcs have resources, it's never going to intialise; stop waiting for it to do so.
