So, this is a weird one. I had the following three color picker settings:

chbBorderColor chbBorderColorActive chbBorderColorInactive

All with copy-pasted settings. The chbBorder color failed to display the colorpicker window, but all the other two did. If I rename the first one to chbBorderColor2 and changing nothing else, it displays as expected.

Foundry 0.6.5, 2.1.1.
