manifest requires foundry 0.8.0 #24

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ardittristan/VTTNPCGen/master/module.json Says Foundry 0.8.0 is needed. Is this module only for beta at the moment?

at the top of the readme there's a manifest that works with 0.7

0.8 required a big overhaul.
