Updating to latest (Via Nuget) causes the following exceptions at runtime

System.IO.FileLoadException : Could not load file or assembly 'System.Numerics.Vectors, Version=4.1.3.0,

vectors was not updated as nuget did not request it to be.

Version that did work:

Updating to latest Nuget Vector packages also break these packages.

Was it transferred ? As owner of both you can just transfer....
