[AE-158] Spice up the library.properties file 🔥 (+keywords.txt)

This PR updates the library.properties file to bring it more in line with the Arduino library specification. Changes include:

• 🔥 Expanding the sentance and paragraph keys to be more descriptive and exciting
• ✅ Changing the category key to a valid category, in this case Data Storage.
• 🔗 Providing a link to the GitHub repo for the url key
• :electron: Including renesas_portenta as one of the architectures, instead of the now depricated renesas. This ID is displayed when running the arduino-cli core search "arduino:" command. Thanks @kittaakos and @umbynos 😄
