Phonebook functionality #64

Is there a plan to add phonebook functionality so we can add, read and delete contacts to SIM card?

Hi @Milan991,

@jklein131 has started some changes in pull request https://github.com/arduino-libraries/MKRGSM/pull/46 for this. However, there is still some work needed before it can be merged and included in the library.
