This implementation for the Infineon XMC MCU uses the PWM units of these controllers. The extension includes all suported variants of the XMC which are the XMC 11xxx series with the XMC2Go, the XMC1100 BootKit, the XMC1300 Boot Kit and the XMC 1400 Kit for Arduino as well as the XMC4xxx series including the XMC4200 Platform2Go, the XMC4400 Platform2Go and the XMC4700 RelaxKit. As using the PWM controlers only GPIO with this unit are possible and the is done similar to the STM implementation.
